Apostle
Kenneth Brannon White, Sr. was born on March 6,
1951 in Green Pond, South Carolina. He is the son
of Elder Willie White and the late Eloise Ladson
White. He is also the son of Rosa Middleton White.
He is the husband of Prophetess Ida V. Edwards White
and the father of Jessica, Nicole, Diamond, Kenneth
Jr., and Jonathan. He is the proud grandfather of
one grandson, Emmanuel. He is the fourth child of
five siblings, Min. Christopher White, Min. Marilyn
Broadie, Elder Willie C. White, and Sis. Eva Lee.
Apostle
White attended Ivenia Brown Elementary School in
Green Pond and graduated from Colleton High School
in Walterboro, South Carolina. He later attended
Beaufort Technical College in Beaufort, South Carolina.
Apostle White served in the United States Navy and
was Honorably Discharged. He received his theological
training at the L.R. Nicholas Seminary in Charleston,
South Carolina and continued his theological studies
at The Gulf Coast Seminary in Orlando, Florida.
He received
Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at a very early
age. At a period in his life, he turn away from
the Lord, but after much hurt, abused, and pain,
from the enemy, he rededicated his life to Jesus
in 1986 and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit.
It was at this time he began to see visions and
dreams. He realized God was calling him to Pastor
and teach.
He is
the senior pastor and Founder of New Covenant Fellowship
Ministries of Green Pond, South Carolina. From the
moment he received a revelation from the heavenly
Father concerning the Kingdom of God, his life has
not, and will not be the same. God has revealed
to him what it means to love God, and his people.
He has a greater love for those who are hurting,
abused, and battered in the kingdom of darkness.
God has anointed him to lead his people into the
kingdom of light, where there is love, peace, and
joy. Satan’s kingdom will be destroyed!
Upon
entering into the ministry, Apostle White has learned
to trust God, and take him at his word. He specifically
learned that these signs shall follow them that
believe. The signs of healing, casting out demons,
mending broken hearts, deliverance from drug and
alcohol addictions and deliverance from financial
and spiritual bound. One of his favorite parables
is the story of the Prodigal son. Here we see a
beautiful portrait of the father’s love. The son
chooses to leave his father and then proceeded to
squander his inheritance. From the depths of his
depression, the son decided to return home, hoping
to be treated as a servant in his father’s house.
But his loving father, anticipating his repentance
and return, saw him from afar and summoned his servants
to prepare a great feast, to welcome him back home!
God
has gifted Apostle White to bring people together
to utilize their God given talents, gifts and abilities.
This facilitates bringing out of the Green Pond
community their greatest potential. Under Apostle
White’s guidance and leadership of the past eight
years, New Covenant has grown as a strong tower
in Green Pond. His ability to lead and teach people
of diverse backgrounds is most evident in the ministry,
for which God has equipped, anointed and appointed
Apostle White. Apostle White has dedicated his life
to hear from God so that he may effectively direct
his people. He enjoys hunting, fishing, reading,
quiet mediation and prayer time in God’s presence,
and being with his wife, children, and family.
